During a Hiroshima and Nagasaki commemoration event at the historic Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum of San Diego, visitors gathered beneath a Hiroshima-origin Kusunoki, to share their hopes for a more peaceful future. This survivor camphor tree, donated in 2014 by GLH, continues to inspire and connect people across generations and borders.
