September 2022:

Despite the many difficulties in mailing caused by Covid-19, CAFRE has finally received seeds of Survivor Trees. With GLH team’s gratitude for the perseverance of the Hiroshima Botanic Garden, the National Botanic Gardens Dublin, and our indomitable regional hub coordinator David Dowd, senior lecturer at CAFRE. After collecting the new seeds David has now sewed them with his students of horticulture — we are told many were moved by the significance of the moment….
