August 2022:

On August 6th, Prof. Shin-ichi Uye, GLH Committee member, held a tour of the second generation of Hibaku Jumoku on the campus of Hiroshima University. He organized this event to encourage attending students to reflect on this symbolic day, and become familiar with the unique trees. Prof. Uye wants to continue similar activities in the future, to motivate young people to see trees growing and to talk about peace with one another.
